In 2011, after a successful career in feature film visual effects, Viviana became a property investor and landlord, purchasing her first property in Lake Forest, CA. It was the spark that started a portfolio of rental properties and home renovations that continued to grow over the next five years. Viviana became an expert in real estate investing, mastering complex deals like the 1031 Exchange, while managing all rental properties herself. This dedication to keeping a hands-on, client-service approach to property management allows Viviana to have a deep knowledge base on what makes for turn-key investments, allowing buyers and sellers to maximize their investments and prepare for growth over the long term.

In 2018, Viviana set her sights on her real estate license, with the goal of streamlining the procurement process for her growing portfolio of properties. In her first six months as a realtor, she closed 6 transactions and over $6M in sales. Since then, her book of business has grown exponentially, catching the attention of many of the top producers in the area.
